Дом на берегу красавицы Катунь!

Дом чистый, тёплый, уютный, с панорамными окнами в пол что позволяют любоваться горами и рекой в любую погоду.

Спуск к Катуни с участка.
Шикарный не проходной берег, с которого вам не захочется уходить.
Участок огорожен, большая парковка для машин, автоматические ворота.

Есть всё необходимое, посуда, столовые приборы и кухонные принадлежности.

В доме три отдельные спальни ( кровати 160 ширина), дополнительно раскладной диван.

В пешей доступности (5-10 минут) продуктовые магазины, аптека, прокат квадроциклов, прогулки на лодках, смотровая площадка зубы дракона.
Заезд с 15. 00, выезд до 11. 00 ( возможно согласование).

Шумные компании просьба не беспокоить, мы приветствуем тихий семейный отдых.

Летом на территории: большой бассейн, батут шириной 3 метра, мебель из ротанга, шезлонги из ротанга, качели кокон, песочница.
