Advantages:

Домик находится в центре деревни, в шаговой доступности от продуктовых магазинов. Есть всё необходимое для проживания, достаточно чисто, тепло, хозяйка гостеприимная. Сделан косметический ремонт, но сохранились не очень приятные запахи старой деревенской избы, чему соответствовала не высокая цена аренды.

Благодарю за отзыв. В домике установлена и работает принудительная вентиляция . Также есть отдушины, открывается окно. Понимаю, что ощущения по восприятию запахов индивидуальны, спасибо,что высказали своё мнение.
