Advantages:

Хорошее уютное место, но хозяину нужно тщательнее прибираться, сильно грязно🥲 немного непонятно что с водой, один вечер не смогли помыться, была ледяная. Бесплатный мангал с решеткой, пустили пожить с собакой без доплат. Новый пока еще свежий ремонт.
