Уютный дом на берегу озера.
В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания:
- Лаунж-зона с диваном, креслом и панорамными окнами на озеро, причём любоваться озером и перспективой вам могут помешать только проплывающие мимо катера;
-Кухонная зона со всей необходимой техникой, посудой и утварью. Вас приятно удивит стекло и хрусталь под все виды напитков и капсульная кофе-машина;
- 2 спальни в которых кровати находятся на подиумах, чтт позволяет не только любоваться озером, но и выходить летом из окна прямо на небольшую зону отдыха с шезлонгом и джакузи;
-Санузел с душем, водонагревателем на 200 литров и феном;
- В импровизированной прихожей есть сушка для обуви, что очень удобно и зимой, и летом;
- Свой мангал с возможностью приготовления блюд в казане;
- Индивидуальная джакузи в теплый сезон (01. 06 - 01. 10).

Единственный недостаток дома - это лестница "гусиный шаг", ведущая к спальням. К ней необходимо приноровиться.
